For more than a year, most Seattle-area restaurants were largely relegated to take-out. Offering comfort when diners needed it most, restaurants stepped up and served dishes that almost guaranteed leftovers for the next day. Just because dining rooms are now 100% open doesn’t mean we’re still not craving leftovers from some of our favorite spots. Here are a few places that fill us up more than enough for the next meal, listed from north to south.
