March 4—A former Dayton-based technology pioneer and a local company that has become a global leader in the digital signage and retail marketing industry are teaming up for restaurant technology.
Atlanta-based NCR Corp. and downtown Dayton-based Stratacache announced that the two companies are partnering on technology to create a more personalized dining experience for restaurant customers, as well as increase loyalty. to brand and relationships.
Chris Riegel, founder and CEO of Stratacache, said the company continues to grow across eight different marketing verticals, adding that the partnership “holds historic resonance.”

Riegel said the new partnership could see around 100 jobs created in the Dayton area.
