What’s the best item on a restaurant menu in Fort Collins?

My wife and I have mastered a few wedding tips that I would like to share with you.

1. Use separate blankets for your shared bed. She’s always too cold, I’m always too hot. Problem solved. . . she can use a thick comforter and I can use a thin blanket, plus you never wake up angry because someone hogged the blankets all night.

And 2. If you’re going for takeout, it doesn’t say anywhere that you each have to get something from the same restaurant, as long as you’re willing to make two stops. So why not choose your favorite dish from any restaurant and order it to take away from two different places?

You see, a long time ago we discovered what we call “Dutch nights to go”, where she orders herself something like sushi or Thai food, and if I don’t feel it, I order pizza or a mexican or a barbecue. We each place our order, pay, then I go get them while she puts the kids to sleep. It’s like our very own Dutch night out with a favorite meal and quality Netflix bingings.
